Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you would like to return or exchange an item, the item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of original delivery confirmation and arrive in the same condition as they were received. Store credit is issued on any item you return. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. 

All returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee on each item.

REPAIRS
Repairs can take up to 6 weeks upon receipt of returned item. All repairs are subject to a fee, depending on the damage. Before you send an item in for repair, please contact us during business hours by phone (646) 797-9269 or by e-mail info@jlanijewels.com to file a report with one of our representatives.
