Q. What material do you use for your jewelry?

A. We use recycled stainless steel metal on all of our pieces. All materials used are nickel free.

Q. Can I wear my JLANI jewelry in the water?

A. Yes, you can happily and freely shower and swim in your pieces.

Q. Does your gold-plated jewelry tarnish?

A. No. However, in order to preserve your jewelry, we strongly recommend you apply your hairspray, skincare and perfume before you put on your jewelry. Read Jewelry Care for more tips.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. During the checkout process, you will be shown international shipping rates based on your shipping location. Read Orders & Shipping for more information.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Items in stock ship within 1-2 business days. Read Orders & Shipping for more information.

Q. Can I have something custom made that isn't on your website?

A. We can produce your own idea or any item on our website in Solid 14k & 18k Yellow/White/Rose Gold. With diamonds? Absolutely. Pricing will be determined during the design process. All of our customized fine jewelry is made in New York. Contact us by e-mail to request more information. You may receive a call by request only.

Q. Do you have a physical store?

A. We operate remotely in New York City and Miami, Florida. We currently do not have any plans to open a shop as we prefer to directly serve our customers globally online. However, we want to better serve you so you can experience the jewelry in-person! For 2024 and beyond, we will be coming soon to a store near you!
