Orders & Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped daily pending item availability (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation number via e-mail.

NOTE: Orders with multiple items may be filled from several locations and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under this circumstance.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Due to high volume, custom orders including 'NAME' jewelry and our fine jewelry require up to 4 weeks production lead time. Custom options include Sketch/CAD to Wax Services, Engraving and Personalized Jewelry. For custom design inquiries, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@jlanijewels.com.

SHIPPING We love our customers and are thrilled to reward you with FREE SHIPPING* on orders over $150 within the U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

 Ground delivery time is 1 to 5 business days within the Continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). There is a flat rate shipping fee of $20.00 to ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Direct Signature is an additional service that is available by request only.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is listed as a P.O. Box, you will receive a request for an alternate physical address in order to process your order. If we are unable to update your shipping address, your order will be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship via UPS and DHL. FedEx rates are available upon request. International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during transit. All duties and taxes must be paid by recipient. For more information on duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

EXPEDITED FedEx Priority Overnight and 2-Day AM services are available at checkout. We accept expedited orders Monday through Friday 9am-2pm EST. Please note: Immediate shipments depend on item availability. Priority Overnight and 2-Day AM rates will be based on your shipping location, shipment weight and packaging. PREORDERED/BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that we experience high volume orders for specific items, please allow additional processing time for backordered items. We restock within 2-4 weeks.

LOST SHIPMENTS JLANI Jewels is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, JLANI Jewels will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. In the event that a shipment is delayed while in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up and contact the shipping carrier they selected to deliver their parcel.
