Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return within 5 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.

Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. Merchandise will be deemed defective only if it is caused by manufacturer, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty and would not be eligible for refund or exchange. All sale items and items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

REPAIRS
It is uncommon however in the event that you need an item repaired, please contact us during by e-mail info@jlanijewels.com to file a report with one of our representatives.
