Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept your return request within 10 days of your order's arrival. Unworn merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Store credit may be applicable for items returned after the 10 day grace period. Please contact us for the return address prior to returning or submit a return request otherwise we will not accept unauthorized returns.

Due to the nature of our products, worn merchandise cannot be returned. Merchandise will be deemed defective only if it is caused by manufacturer, or if it were damaged during its time in transit. Merchandise damaged after delivery is not considered faulty and would not be eligible for refund or exchange.

All sale items and items purchased using a promotional discount code are Final Sale. Discounts may not be applied to previously fulfilled orders. Sale items are not eligible for refund. However, we will honor a sale item exchange in the form of store credit only. Promotional Gift Cards with redeemable value may not be combined with existing sales and promotions.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

REPAIRS
It is uncommon however in the event that you need an item repaired, please contact us by e-mail info@jlanijewels.com to file a report with one of our representatives. The repair service is complimentary with a $15 shipping & return fee.
